We Organised VOXYS‘s 5th Anniversary Across 13 Russian Cities and United Employees in a Single Digital Space

Client
VOXYS is Russia's largest outsourced contact centre. The company provides customer service solutions for market leaders in retail, e-commerce, finance, telecommunications, and the public sector.
We have been collaborating with VOXYS for several years. For the client, we create creative concepts for corporate events that help unite teams across different cities and remote employees, while maintaining high levels of engagement.
Challenge
The VOXYS team asked us to develop a concept for their Company Day – specifically, the 5th anniversary – with the following objectives:
Create a celebration concept in a hybrid format (online + offline)
Develop a system of pre-event activities 1–2 weeks prior to the main event to engage as many participants as possible
Motivate the team, increase loyalty, create a festive atmosphere, and deliver gifts
Solution
We proposed the concept 'VOXYSLAND — A Warm Birthday on Digital Islands'. Working in customer service is like navigating a turbulent ocean, where it is crucial to remain a pillar of support for others. Therefore, we created a cosy space consisting of 5 islands, connected by kindness and support.
The creative and design teams proposed a pixel island as the key visual — a symbol of the digital world and a place of unity for employees. The tagline: 'Together, even when apart'.
Execution
Design
Step 1
The visual identity was built around the pixel island.
The pixel island metaphor serves as a vibrant reminder of how technology connects people. Pixels form the foundation of the 'digital world', while the island represents a place where we can be part of a single whole.
A light, summery mood was added through recognisable holiday attributes: an inflatable rubber duck and a pair of flip-flops in the foreground.
Landing Page
To bring the static image to life and make the interaction more engaging, we added animation: palm trees swaying on the waves and moving water. For full immersion, a calming sea soundscape was included.
While waiting for the broadcast to begin, employees could take a few moments away from their daily routine, immersing themselves in the meditative atmosphere of a summer coastline. A digital mini-holiday to help reset and get into a positive frame of mind.
Online Activities
Step 2
A key activity that united the concept was an adventure calendar in a chatbot. We launched it 10 days before the corporate event, with new tasks revealed each day.
Rewards: VOXYCOINS were earned for activity, then converted into coupons for the final prize draw

Online Radio Broadcast
Following tradition for VOXYS, we organised a 3-hour online radio broadcast featuring:
Games, employee call-ins, song requests, congratulations
A collective journey through VOXYSLAND and the unveiling of the 'sixth island' - a teaser for the New Year celebration announced together with the client
Connections: 1,300+ employees
Offline Activities
Step 3
In every VOXYS office, we organised offline activities to entertain the teams:
Across 12 cities, we arranged canvas painting workshops and pizza treats
In the key offices of Moscow and Yekaterinburg, we hosted bartender shows, with specially named cocktails developed for the event
