Just Дуй It — The Corporate Summer Sports Festival for OTP Bank

Client
OTP Bank is one of Russia’s largest financial institutions and part of the international OTP Group. With over 30 years on the market, the bank serves both private and corporate clients and places strong emphasis on corporate culture and employee engagement.
Objective
To create a vibrant summer sports festival for OTP Bank employees and their families — a large-scale corporate event that would inspire team spirit, energise the audience, and leave lasting memories.

Key objectives set by OTP Bank:

  • Develop a creative concept and event scenario including the opening, competitions, and a grand finale.
  • Design the event layout and activities for all categories of guests — athletes, children, and families.
  • Deliver a fully branded turnkey event: corporate style, props, staff, and catering for 800 attendees.
  • Add unique «signature moments» to make the festival truly memorable.
Solution
We created a concept for a summer sports festival titled "Just Дуй (Blow) It" — an untranslatable play on words echoing the Nike slogan "Just Do It," where "Дуй" [Du:] refers both to the inflatable games featured at the event and the spectacular soap-bubble finale.

    The event took place at the Krasnaya Presnya Sports Club in Moscow.
  • Opening Ceremony
    Step 2
    The day kicked off with a dynamic show: an energetic host, a cheerleading squad, and a bodybuilder who inflated and burst a hot water bottle filled with colourful confetti.

    OTP Bank’s President, Ilya Chizhevsky, welcomed the guests — not with a formal speech, but with a collective warm-up and team chants: "Just Дуй It!" and "OTP — the best bank in the country!"
  • Sports Competitions
    Step 3
    Employees competed in mini-football and volleyball tournaments, with custom-designed uniforms created by our designers. Winners received medals and branded pins.
  • Activities for Everyone
    Step 4
    • Obstacle course and sports attractions
    • Creative workshops, including cap painting
    • Kids' zone "Little Champions" with animators, a giant Angry Birds slingshot, and an inflatable castle
    • Two themed photo zones: by the football field and locker rooms
    • Food court featuring four world cuisines — Russian, Asian, Georgian, and American
  • Show Programme

    • Freestyle football performance with an interactive masterclass
    • Percussion show by a female drumming band — a powerful highlight of the sports theme
    • Flash mob on the main stage involving all guests
  • Grand Finale – Bubble Salute
    Step 6
    To close the festival, all attendees were handed bubble guns. At the host’s signal, hundreds of soap bubbles filled the sky, accompanied by the final shout: "JUST ДУЙ IT!"
Results
  • 800
    attendees, including 200 athletes and around 100 children
  • 600+
    social media posts and over 3,000 guest photos
  • Branded identity
    across 50 touchpoints — from uniforms and signage to copy and stage design
  • 4 world cuisines
    on one venue
