How We Blended New Year, Casino, Mafia and Italian Chic into One Fashion Mafia

TPS Real Estate is a leader in Russia’s premium commercial property sector and one of Forbes' "Kings of Russian Real Estate." The company owns 449,000 m² of landmark assets — including major shopping centres such as MoreMall, Galereya Krasnodar, Columbus, Metropolis, Oceania, and Khorosho!

But beyond real estate, TPS Real Estate takes pride in its corporate culture, valuing events that unite its team and reflect its refined yet bold personality.
Challenge
To organise a New Year’s corporate event for 100+ employees that would:
  • Become a unique, stylish experience;
  • Create an atmosphere of ease and genuine connection;
  • Seamlessly merge three worlds — mafia, casino, and Italian glamour.
The brief was a creative collision between James Bond’s casino cool and The Godfather’s family charisma. One thing was clear: this event had to be elegant, cinematic, and unforgettable.
Challenge accepted.
Idea
Italy knows how to seduce and to command — so we took the best from all three worlds:
  • Mafia style: elegant audacity in dress and attitude;
  • Casino thrill: games with "real" stakes;
  • Italian temperament: frescoes, wine, and pizza zones.
The concept was born: "Fashion Mafia" — a gangster soirée where style is the highest currency and dance floors replace shootouts.
Solution
When the city sleeps, the TPS Real Estate clan awakens.
And with the mafia, you don’t joke — especially when you’re creating the most stylish New Year event of the year.

We transformed a gangster gathering into a Fashion Mafia party — mixing the elegance of Milan’s runways with the charm of Sicilian feasts.
Execution
  • Setting the Scene
    Step 1
    We developed a total event identity — from dress code to decor, ensuring full immersion for every participant.

    A video storyboard was released in the corporate chat to build intrigue, followed by personal invitations containing each guest’s first casino chip.
  • Arrival — with Respect
    Step 2
    By the time guests arrived, the space had been transformed into a living mafia universe with interactive zones:
    • Casino tables,
    • Mafia games,
    • Stylish photo zones, and
    • A custom "gangster menu" featuring Italian classics and signature cocktails.
    The evening’s flow was flexible, avoiding rigid schedules to encourage natural mingling and fun within the "family."
  • From Brief to Brilliance
    Step 3
    • 15+ design layouts approved (invitations, menus, signage)
    • Custom-made casino props — branded chips and playing cards
    • Selection of charismatic hosts with improvisational flair
  • Logistics "à la Soprano"
    Step 4
    • Complete zoning of the space: from dancefloor to quiet bar areas
    • Full venue transformation completed in just 6 hours
  • Beauty and Chaos — the Day Of
    Step 5
    Each guest was greeted with their starting casino chips, setting the tone for five hours of playful, high-energy "business."

    Between games, laughter, and dancing, every attendee found their inner fashion gangster.
