Silver Summit
How to Organize a Corporate Event for 250 People with a Symphony Orchestra and Tina Kandelaki
  • 8 minutes
Corporate event planning for the 25th anniversary of DARS construction company featuring expert sessions, a 59-piece symphony orchestra, and 250 participants.
About the Client
DARS is one of the leading construction companies with a quarter-century history of success. Over 25 years, the company has completed hundreds of projects, built thousands of square meters of residential and commercial real estate, and formed a team of hundreds of professionals. Among DARS employees are those who have worked for the company for over 20 years, becoming the true foundation of the business.

By 2026, the company reached a new level of development, with corporate culture becoming one of management’s key priorities. It was important to celebrate the 25th anniversary not just as a milestone, but as a significant event requiring worthy celebration and creating a moment of unity for the entire team.
The Challenge
SICHKAR GROUP faced an ambitious task: to organize a company anniversary not as an ordinary celebration, but as an inspiring event that would:

Unite all employees, regardless of tenure and position, in a shared experience of the company’s triumph.

Honor those who have been with the company for many years—true summit conquerors who traveled with DARS from the first projects to the silver jubilee.

Ignite the spark for conquering new horizons—so that after the celebration, the team would feel a surge of energy and inspiration for new achievements.

The main challenge was to organize a corporate event that would go beyond standard formats. The client wanted not just a banquet, but a true cultural manifesto of nobility, achievement, and ambition.
The Solution: "Silver Summit" Concept
The Sichkar Group team developed an original "Silver Summit" concept that perfectly captured the essence of the moment.

Central metaphors: DARS company as a large family that experiences joys and sorrows, crises and great victories. The main thing is that the family goes through everything together. And when a family celebrates 25 years, it’s traditionally called a "Silver Wedding." At the same time, the company doesn’t just exist—it rises upward, and over 25 years has reached great heights. This is a summit from which you can see the long journey traveled and new horizons ahead.

The combination of the silver date and the summit led to the "Silver Summit" concept. Each DARS employee is an alpinist in a brotherhood of success and a conqueror of their own Everest.

Color solution: A noble palette of silver and white (symbolizing icy peaks and purity of achievement) combined with DARS’s corporate orange and black colors. This created a premium feel while maintaining brand recognition.

Emotional message: Instead of a corporate party, create a celebration of unity and inspiration where each participant feels part of something greater.

"When we first heard the 'Silver Summit' concept, we immediately knew it was what we needed. The metaphor of family and mountain climbing perfectly fit our story. We truly traveled a difficult path, and everyone on the team is a true summit conqueror"
— DARS Company Representative
Implementation: How We Conquered the Summit
To organize a corporate event of this scale and depth required meticulous work at every stage. Here’s how we did it.
  • Event Visual Identity Development
    Stage 1
First, designers created a complete visual system for the celebration:

Event key visual with a stylized silver summit integrated with the DARS logo.

Photo zone in the form of a mountain peak with silver elements—a place where each guest could take a memorable photo against the anniversary symbol.

Commemorative summit-shaped pins for awarding employees with 20 and 25 years of service. Each pin became a physical symbol of conquered heights.

Thank-you letter design with personalized messages to company veterans.

Anniversary cake in corporate DARS colors, visually continuing the climbing theme.

All elements were unified by a consistent style, creating a cohesive visual impression throughout the evening.
  • Video Content and Digital Solutions
    Stage 2
The team’s motion designer developed dynamic video content:

Screen backgrounds maintaining the mountain triumph atmosphere throughout the event.

Teaser for the grand opening—a short emotional video that set guests on the right wavelength from the first seconds.

Video content was synchronized with musical numbers and key program moments, amplifying the emotional impact.
  • Venue Audit and Technical Preparation
    Stage 3
Corporate event planning begins with proper space selection and preparation. The team conducted a detailed venue audit and created:

Activity layout schemes for the welcome zone and main hall.

Dressing room setup plan for artists (important when you have a 59-piece symphony orchestra plus star speakers).

    Contractor arrival schedule for setup.

Clear planning helped avoid overlaps and meet tight deadlines.
  • The Day Before the Celebration
    Stage 4
The day before the main celebration in Moscow, the anniversary was marked at company branches nationwide. Professional catering prepared treats, and festive activities were held in offices.
  • Event Day: Welcome and Festive Atmosphere
    Stage 5
February 6, 2026, the doors opened for guests.

The welcome zone greeted participants with:

    • Welcome reception with exquisite appetizers
    • Champagne pyramid—an impressive symbol of the summit and celebration
    • Cover band creating a light lounge atmosphere
    • "Silver Summit" photo zone for memorable shots
Three coordinators worked at the venue, ensuring impeccable service and comfort for every guest.

"We understood we had only 90 minutes for welcome. In this time, we needed to create a festive mood and give guests a chance to socialize. The cover band and proper arrangement of reception zones worked perfectly"
    — Yulia Filatova, Project Director at SICHKAR GROUP
  • Official Program and Main Events
    Stage 6
After welcome, the main hall doors opened, revealing the ceremonial part.

Event host—seasoned professional Stas Zubkov—set the ceremony’s tone, uniting all numbers into a single climbing story.

The CEO’s welcome speech inspired the team for new achievements.

Veteran awards ceremony: employees with 20 and 25 years of service received thank-you letters and commemorative silver summit-shaped pins. This moment became the emotional climax for many attendees.
  • World-Class Expert Sessions
    Stage 7
A key distinction of this corporate event was two expert sessions with outstanding personalities:

Expert session with Tina Kandelaki—media manager, entrepreneur, symbol of success in Russian business. Tina shared her perspective on leadership, team building, and conquering one’s own summits.

Expert session with conductor Ivan Nikiforсhin—transition from words to music. Ivan spoke about the orchestra philosophy as a metaphor for a cohesive team.

These sessions transformed the corporate event from entertainment into an intellectual occasion, giving guests new meanings and insights.
  • Symphony Orchestra Performance—The Absolute Wow Moment
    Stage 8
After the expert sessions, a 59-piece symphony orchestra took the stage—a true rarity for corporate events.

Live orchestral performance of classical pieces created an atmosphere of solemnity and grandeur. Many participants saw a symphony orchestra up close for the first time, making it an unforgettable experience.

"When the orchestra started playing, the hall was absolutely silent. 250 people froze. It was magic"
    — Yulia Filatova, Project Director at SICHKAR GROUP
  • Finale: Cake and Celebration Continues
    Stage 9
The evening’s culmination was the presentation of the anniversary cake in DARS corporate colors with the company logo—a symbolic tribute to 25 years.

After the ceremonial part, cover band "V Strazah Band" continued the musical program, smoothly transitioning the atmosphere from formal to relaxed and festive. Guests could rest, dance, and enjoy the evening in an informal setting.
