THE IDEA
In order to introduce the employees from different cities to each other, we created MegaFonville – a “city” with a huge “offline monopoly” where each participant received an unusual profession.
DETAILS
Participants completed tasks and challenges and earned “megacoins” (tokens) that could be spent on treats, photo shoots, entertainment, and recreation.

For team building purposes various interactive sport activities were held. Taking into account the fact that the participants were of diverse religious backgrounds, tactile interaction and games that could bring discomfort to the participants were excluded.

At the end of the event, a cover band performed for the guests, and an auction was held where the participants were able to spend their amassed “megacoins” on valuable gifts.
