We created a name, positioning, and corporate identity for this outstanding real estate agency. Nastoyaschiy translates from Russia as real – a perfect illustration for the company which constructs houses for people who know what they really want, stay simple & true, and enjoy their lives.
For brand positioning we chose the term “residential quarter”, which formed the corporate identity itself. A quarter (Kvartal) is one of four 3-month periods of the year.

A variety of houses represents all 4 character types, and it turned out that the season colors match the ones that depict people’s tempers.

This is why we create a square logo in an open frame – it unites different kinds of personalities and provides development opportunities.
