We have created a name, positioning and corporate identity for the real estate segment of the business. Nastoyaschiy - translates as “real", hence why the company provides homes for those who know what they really want, who know how to be themselves and enjoy life.
The term “residential quarter” was chosen for the positioning. This formed the basis of the corporate identity. A quarter (Kvartal) is a time of the year, and there are 4 quarters in a year.

Different people will live in diverse houses that represent all 4 temperaments.
It turned out that the colors that characterize the seasons match the colors that demonstrate people’s temperaments.

This is why we chose “quarter” as the logo – an open frame: uniting different people and providing opportunities for development.
